Data Deletion

If you sent a Facebook Messenger or Instagram message to a dealership that uses FloorStream, and you want that conversation and your contact details deleted:

1. Email hello@floorstreamhq.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us the dealership you messaged, whether it was on Facebook or Instagram, and the name or Instagram username you messaged from, so we can find the conversation.
3. We delete the conversation, your name, and any contact details you shared within 30 days, and reply to confirm. We also let the dealership know, since they may hold their own copy outside FloorStream.

You can also ask the dealership directly; they can delete your record from their FloorStream account at any time.

1. In FloorStream, open Settings → Social messages and click Disconnect for Facebook or Instagram. We unsubscribe from your Page and delete the stored access token immediately.
2. Or remove FloorStream in Facebook under Settings → Business Integrations.
3. To delete the conversations already received, delete those customer records in the CRM, or email hello@floorstreamhq.com and we will delete them within 30 days. Closing your account deletes all of its data within 90 days.
